I finally started the 30 day yoga challenge. I've learnt a lot during this time...and not just that down dog was harder than I thought it would be.
So my attempt at the 30 day Yoga challenge was an epic fail (sitting down is so much easier)so I've figured out a way that Might. Just. Work.
It takes 28 days to change a lifestyle, I happen to have the shortest attention span in the world so I need 30 days so when I lose track I have some wiggle room. Follow me on this little road to flexible and lets swap stories!
